Mama Hoa has been welcoming travellers into her kitchen for over ten years. You start with a short walk to her herb garden to pick fresh ingredients, then learn to fold fresh spring rolls, prepare a clay-pot dish and finish with a shared meal on the terrace overlooking the rice fields. Small groups only, so there is plenty of hands-on time.
